STUNT PALS Privacy Policy

Effective: the app's launch date in October 2026

Operator and privacy contact: Treenova

This policy applies to the Android game STUNT PALS. You can also read it in the game under Store → Other → Privacy Policy.

This English text is a translation of the Korean privacy policy.

1. Game progress stored on your device

You can play without creating an account. Fish buns, upgrade levels, owned animals and equipment, records, missions, and sound settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Game progress is not sent to the operator's server, and the operator does not use a game analytics SDK.

If Android backup is enabled on your device, game progress may be included in backups associated with your Google account. Google handles these backups, and the operator cannot access them. We do not guarantee that progress will transfer automatically after uninstalling the app or changing devices.

2. In-app purchases and restoration

Google Play Billing lets you buy Fish buns, Fish Bun Passes, and All Upgrades (consumable products), as well as animals, batters, backgrounds, packs, and Remove Ads (permanent products). You can enjoy the game from beginning to end without making a purchase.

Google Play handles payment methods and Google accounts directly. The app does not request or read card numbers, bank account numbers, or payment passwords, and does not read the email address of your Google account.

To grant and restore purchases, the app retrieves product, price, and ownership information from Google Play. It uses purchase tokens to notify Google Play that purchases have been completed through consumption or acknowledgment. Recent purchase tokens are stored in the app's device storage to prevent the same purchase from being granted twice. Receipts are checked using Google's digital signature, and purchases are not granted if verification fails. The operator does not run a separate purchase verification server.

Permanent products are checked again automatically when you open the app with the same Google Play account. You can also recover them through Store → Other → Restore Purchases. Consumable products (Fish buns, passes, and All Upgrades) and game progress stored on your device are not covered by purchase restoration.

For purchases in Korea, prices include VAT. For an unused product, you may request withdrawal from the purchase (a refund) through Google Play within seven days of purchase. Under the Korean Electronic Commerce Act, withdrawal may be restricted for Fish buns already used, passes whose rewards have started, and items unlocked and used. For purchases outside Korea, applicable taxes and refund eligibility depend on your country, local consumer law, and Google Play policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). For refund or payment questions, contact Google Play support or the email address below.

3. Ads

The game includes Google AdMob ads.

· Rewarded ads: These appear only when you choose options such as doubling Fish buns by watching an ad, free Fish buns, or an upgrade through an ad. You receive the reward after watching the ad to completion.

· Interstitial ads: These sometimes appear after a run. They do not appear during the first few runs after opening the app or for a few minutes after the previous ad. Purchasing Remove Ads stops interstitial ads from appearing (rewarded ads remain optional).

The app does not request personalized ads (it requests non-personalized ads). When the app opens, Google UMP checks the advertising consent status for your region. The advertising SDK starts only when ad requests are permitted. In regions where consent choices are required, you can change your choices at any time under Store → Other → Ad Privacy Choices.

4. Information processed by Google's advertising services

For ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them; interactions such as app launches and ad views; diagnostic and performance information; and device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID. The non-personalized ads setting does not remove all of this processing.

According to Google's guidance, this information is encrypted in transit using TLS. The app does not request permission to access precise location, contacts, photos, or the microphone. Google may process information on servers outside the Republic of Korea. Google's policies apply to its use and retention of information. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

5. Google Play Games leaderboards

Worldwide rankings use Google Play Games leaderboards. If you sign in to Play Games, your best distance record (score) is stored on Google's servers and may be shown to other players alongside your Play Games profile name and avatar. Visibility depends on your Play Games profile settings (everyone, friends only, or only you).

The app displays only the in-game display name, ranking, and score received from Play Games. It does not receive your email address. You can play the game without signing in (leaderboards are unavailable). You can delete your Play Games account and records directly through the Play Games app or your Google account.

6. Device permissions

The app uses only internet access (for ads, purchases, and leaderboards), network status access, and vibration (brief feedback for well-timed hits, kicks, and records; you can turn it off in the game's sound settings). It does not request storage, location, camera, microphone, or contacts permissions.

7. Deleting progress

You can delete this device's game progress by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. The operator cannot recover deleted progress. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete advertising, payment, or Play Games information already processed by Google, or support emails you sent separately. Use Google's account tools for Google-related information. To request deletion of support information, contact the email address below.

8. Email support and retention

The email address, display name, message contents, and attachments you send with a support inquiry are used only to review the inquiry, reply, and provide follow-up support. They are not used for advertising or marketing and are not sold. Support emails are received and stored through Google Gmail.

For purchase inquiries, Google Play order numbers, product names, and purchase dates you choose to send are used only to check the order and respond to refund questions. Please do not send card numbers or bank account numbers.

Support information is deleted within 90 days after the inquiry is resolved. If retention is required by law, it is kept separately only for the required purpose and period. Users under 14 should contact us through a parent or guardian.

9. Your rights, external services, and changes

You or your legal representative may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your support information.

The policies of each provider also apply to Google Play (distribution, billing, and restoration), Google AdMob and UMP (ads), and Google Play Games (leaderboards). If the information processed or the services change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety information will be updated together.
